23jl is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID card) and proof of your registered payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is successfully concluded.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 23jl login credentials. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your 23jl account in real time. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically credited within the same business day during banking hours. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 23jl does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own fees, for which 23jl accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawals are processed subject to successful KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day during business hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. 23jl does not deduct processing fees from player withdrawals on verified accounts.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment. No right, title, or interest in any Platform content is transferred to you by virtue of this licence. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any 23jl content is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 23jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
23jl's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 23jl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
Your privacy matters to 23jl. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
